Drinks in Hamilton’s, in Stockbridge, include a Watermelon Cooler (Portobello Road Gin, Campari, fresh lemon and homemade watermelon syrup) and a Peach Julep (Gentleman Jack, Aperol, fresh mint, apple juice, bitters and peach puree).
Drinks in Treacle, on Broughton Street, include a Rose and Rhubarb Swizzle (rose-infused Grey Goose, Rhubarb liqueur, cherry syrup and bitters), while drinks in The Blackbird in Tollcross include a Strawberry and Rosemary Smash.
