Flats plan knocked down
A PLAN to build nine flats has finally been killed off by the Scottish Government.
The proposal for new homes in the Hopetoun Street area of Bathgate was turned down by West Lothian Council in 2007. The developers then submitted an appeal to Holyrood, but this too has now been rejected.
