Fitness: Back to work
According to the British Chiropractic Association, around a third of us spend more than ten hours a day sitting down. If you consider that as many as half of us will experience back pain at some time, then finding a safe way to sit at work is vital.
There's not much consensus on the best way to do this, other than that keeping your back flexible helps. And that's where SitFit comes in. An air-filled cushion that you plonk on your chair, it moves when you do, keeping you mobile and helping to strengthen your back muscles.
