First women's Champagne cookery class
THE Edinburgh School of Food and Wine has teamed up with Veuve Clicquot to launch the school's first Champagne Cookery School for Women.
The one-day course includes a demonstration, a hands-on cookery session creating a three course meal followed by a two-hour Champagne tasting with a Veuve Clicquot brand master. It takes place on Sunday 29 November and tickets cost 130. Call 0131 333 5001 or email info@esfw.com / www.esfw.com
