Firebomb attack on mosque
IMAM Abdul Rashid escaped uninjured after thugs attacked his mosque with a firebomb.
Police are currently investigating the attack at the Jammia Mosque in Craigshill, Livingston, but have ruled out any racial motives. The attackers hurled a flaming bottle at the back entrance of the building on Sunday afternoon.
The Iman was alone in the building but was not hurt.
The mosque sits next door to the local fire station.
