Film premiere to aid charity

THE first UK screening of a multi-million-pound fantasy epic expected to be one of the year's biggest films is to be held in Edinburgh, to help raise money for the Maggie's Cancer Caring Centre.

The Water Horse is a story of two Scottish children who come across a small mythical creature.

The charity screening of the Water Horse is being held at The Odeon, Lothian Road, on Saturday at 10.30am, almost three weeks before the film's official launch in the UK.
