Father shot in cinema after row over noisy family
A GUNMAN enraged by a noisy family sitting near him in a cinema on Christmas night shot the father in the arm.
James Joseph Cialella, 29, told the man's family to be quiet while watching The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and then threw popcorn at the man's son, police in Philadelphia said. The victim told police that as Cialella was walking towards his family he stood up and was shot.
Detectives found Cialella carrying a .380-calibre handgun in his waistband, police said.
He faces six charges that include attempted murder and aggravated assault.
