Farmers try to scare up more stall business
A HALLOWE'EN farmers' market is set to be held in Castle Terrace, with stall holders dressing up in spooky costumes.
They will be judged on their dress and the look of their stalls with the most creative winning the title of Edinburgh Farmers' Market Hallowe'en Hero.
Last year's winner, baker Falko Burkert, said he was not ready to give up his title and is hoping to win shoppers' votes again tomorrow.
He said: "Hopefully all the stall holders will put in the extra effort again this year and make it an even better day out for everybody who comes along.
"I'll be doing all I can to win customers' votes and take the title for the second year running."
A face painter will also be on hand from 10.30am to 1.30pm.
