Fans set sights on Withnail cottage
FANS of the cult film Withnail & I have pledged to raise £145,000 to buy a cottage that appeared in the 1980s comedy.
Already, 9,000 has been donated to buy Sleddale Hall, a remote Cumbrian cottage near Shap.
The property has become a place of pilgrimage for fans of the film.
