Extra staff in for long-haul at T5
BRITISH Airways had extra staff on duty today while it transferred some of its long-haul flights to Heathrow's troubled Terminal 5.
The airline and airport operators were hoping the move would not be accompanied by the chaos seen when operations began at the 4.3 billion terminal in March.
