Euroil questions

Your report on Bowleven's AGM in Edinburgh (Business, 11 December), accompanied by a photo of me and a fellow shareholder, reported my exclusion from the shareholders' meeting. But as founder and first chairman of Euroil, the owner of most of Bowleven's assets, I would like to add a few vital points by way of insights.

1. The fact that Bowleven's chairman, Ronnie Hanna denied me, a shareholder, entry to the AGM says more about the company than it does about me. What exactly is the company afraid other shareholders may get to hear from me, a 74-year-old man?

2. I have a copy of my fully paid share certificate, so can Bowleven explain why they say my shares were nil paid?

3. I continue, with the assistance of the Cameroon Prime Minister, to seek justice and compensation from former directors.
