Mum is watching over me, says Peaches Geldof
Peaches Geldof said she feels Paula Yates is watching over her after she revealed her baby is due on her late mother’s birthday.
The 22-year-old said her father, Bob Geldof, was “overwhelmed” when she told him she was expecting a baby boy with her fiance Thomas Cohen.
She told Hello! magazine: “I knew he would be happy but I didn’t realise how over the moon he would be. He’s always been very supportive of me but he was really emotional.”
She said Geldof told them they must get married and “never break up”.
Peaches said she was amazed when she was told her son was due on 24 April – the same day her mother was born.
She said: “I feel like it’s a little wink from my mum; her way of sending a message to let me know that she’s watching over me and my baby.”
