Jamie's recipe for greens
CHEF Jamie Oliver is now as green as his rocket salads after creating "the world's first carbon-neutral TV travel series".
The presenter, whose series Jamie's American Roadtrip begins today, has offset the generated by the production as he travelled across the US.
Oliver's company, Jamie Oliver Limited (JOL) worked closely with the Green Party and environmental experts Best Foot Forward to calculate the series' carbon footprint.
JOL is now helping environmental projects in Asia and will also look at how to reduce emissions for further series.
JOL worked with ClimateCare to identify suitable projects in Cambodia, China and India.
