Cheryl's brother in court – a day late
CHERYL Cole's elder brother received a slap on the wrist from a judge yesterday – after turning up to court a day late.
Andrew Tweedy, 29, was due at Newcastle Crown Court on Monday for breaching the terms of the suspended prison sentence he was given for squirting pepper spray in a stranger's face.
Tweedy was ordered to pay 100 prosecution costs.
