Vote for your fab lollipop person
FOR any Beatles fan it is a place of pilgrimage, but yesterday TV presenter Lorraine Kelly joined a very different fab four on London's iconic Abbey Road zebra crossing to launch the Lollipop Person of The Year awards.
With more than 15,000 applications in 2008, schools from around the UK are being asked to nominate their lollipop person via postal application packs or online at www.bestlollipop.co.uk. Nominations are open until 30 October with the grand final to be held in December.
