Study dives in to test water
RESEARCHERS in the Capital have been testing the effects of mineral waters.
They found Deeside Mineral Water slows the signs of ageing 50 per cent more effectively than other tested brands on the market.
The test was the first of two new research studies by Queen Margaret University.
Dr Mary Warnock, lecturer in Dietetics, Nutrition and Biological Sciences at Queen Margaret, said: "Deeside Mineral Water has some very unusual properties and people have been drinking it for its curative benefits for centuries."
