Students’ TV work praised

STUDENTS from Jewel & Esk College have been praised for their work at the recent Lammermuir Festival.

HND Television and HND Sound Production students took part in setting up and recording at a range of events.

The sound production students had the opportunity to work alongside professional technicians at the Scottish Symphony Orchestra’s concert at St Mary’s Parish Church in Haddington.

Jon Buglass, head of creative industries at the college, said: “This is a fantastic way for our students to gain hands-on recording experience.”
