Pupils tell of Auschwitz trip
MORE than 100 pupils, teachers and politicians gathered in the Capital to celebrate a partnership which allows Lothians children to visit the site of one of the world's worst atrocities.
The Lessons from Auschwitz project staged the event in the City Chambers to hear the accounts of pupils and teachers who had already been on the trip.
Organiser the Holocaust Education Trust said the visits meant children could pass on what they saw and learnt to others in their schools and communities.
