Primary pupils paint 50ft wildlife mural

PUPILS at an Edinburgh primary have been putting the finishing touches to a wildlife mural at their school.

The 50ft mural has been painted by pupils at Gracemount Primary School as part of their environmental science work.

The children visited the nearby walled garden to study the wildlife before recreating what they had seen.

Their drawings were then transposed on to billboards for them to paint with help from a local artist.
