Ice cream: Cool idea to beat the heat
MALCOLM WATSON thinks he has come up with the perfect thing for those long summer months – the coldest ice cream on the planet.
The science communicator's creation, which is made with liquid nitrogen, was unveiled at Wonderama, part of the Edinburgh Science Festival.
This year's festival has included the usual mix of thought-provoking discussions and experiments.
Science Festival favourite Dr Bunhead is to showcase the destruction of inanimate objects in his Crash Test Jelly Babies show. There have been a host of hands-on activities on offer for children.
