Graduate job vacancies predicted to rise

THE number of graduate vacancies is predicted to rise by 9 per cent this year, according to a survey by the Association of Graduate Recruiters.

The organisation also expects average graduate starting salaries to rise to £26,500. Carl Gilleard, chief executive, said the results indicated a renewed level of optimism among organisations.
