Centre food fit for a Pharaoh
A PLAY centre in Sighthill has collected a national award for its healthy eating menu.
Andy and Shirley Hixon, who run ancient Egyptian-themed TimeTwisters, collected a bronze award in the food and beverage category in the inaugural Play Providers Association (PPA) Aspire Awards.
The adventure centre employs two full-time chefs, who use the finest quality ingredients to prepare meals such as pasta dishes, chilli, wraps and the speciality Pharaoh Burger to order.
