Be a glass act as 'pub poet'
A SOUTH Queensferry landlord is looking for a "pub poet" to represent the region in a national competition.
The search is being launched to coincide with a golden ale festival currently being held in The Hawes Inn, in South Queensferry, and 12 other pubs in the area.
John Teaney, landlord of The Hawes Inn, said: "We'll be asking customers to vote for their favourite in an online poll."
The national winner will get a VIP weekend for four to London. Visit www.vintageinn.co.uk
