BB winner John delivers the views

BIG Brother Celebrity Hijack winner John Loughton presented the results of a survey of young people's views in Edinburgh to councillors.

In all, 18,000 city youngsters aged between 11 and 21 took part in the Youngedinburgh Viewfinder survey, giving their opinions on how to improve the quality of life and services in the Capital. Almost three-quarters of the youngsters who took part in the survey believe Edinburgh is a great place for young people.

The city's education leader Councillor Marilyne MacLaren said: "I'd like to thank all the young people who took part in the survey and I'm delighted to see that the numbers taking part have risen substantially.

"I am determined to include the findings of this survey in future plans."
