Agency hails pupils’ work

WESTER Hailes Youth Agency has made its first ever Award for Personal Achievement at a city high school.

The youth agency presented the inaugural honour at Forrester High School’s awards ceremony.

On behalf of the youth agency, senior youth worker, Yasmeen Al-midani, said: “We are really pleased to be offering this award to S2 pupil Robert Dunn, in recognition of the 100 per cent commitment and enthusiasm that Robert showed as a participant in our S2 group work programme.

“Robert’s engagement with the project, his humour and his kindness made everyone in the group feel more comfortable.

“He responded well to challenges he faced and has made significant steps in his personal development.”
