FREE wi-fi has been fitted to all 16 of First Scotland East’s buses running between Edinburgh and Carlisle.
The move comes after ten new buses were bought for the route as part of a £1.5 million investment made earlier this year. Each bus has been modified to allow more room for buggies and wheelchairs.
First Scotland East operations director John Gorman said: “Whether on a laptop, mobile or tablet device our customers can connect on the move using our wi-fi free of charge. The new buses have proved very popular.”
