Dismissed consultant cleared of bullying
A LEADING consultant at top-security Broadmoor Hospital – sacked after complaints of bullying – won his case of unfair dismissal yesterday.
Dr Sameer Sarkar had worked at the hospital which houses some of Britain's most dangerous inmates for six years when he was dismissed for gross misconduct in 2007.
