Disabled staff to be quizzed on equality
DISABLED staff working for NHS Lothian are to be asked their views on equality in the health board.
NHS chiefs said they will contact workers to help develop the next disability equality scheme.
Head of equality and diversity James Glover said: "We contacted patients who are registered disabled through our networks, but we also need to hear from our own staff about how we can improve access and facilities for everyone with a disability.
"The disability equality scheme is an important document that is renewed every three years."
