Delegates to fly in for Scots tourism festival
HUNDREDS of international buyers will be travelling to Scotland's most important tourism fair, as it returns to Edinburgh for the first time in 16 years.
VisitScotland Expo will be taking place at the Royal Highland Centre on April 18 and 19.
The event has been organised to give Scottish travel agents and tour operators an opportunity to showcase their products to buyers from all over the world.
More than 500 buyers will arrive to visit the event, with travel industry members from Latvia and Korea attending for the first time. There will also be around 450 representatives from the rest of the UK and Ireland.
The fair will include a gala event, featuring Scottish food and entertainment, for exhibitors and buyers.
