Decision due on recycle bin
A NEW recycling bin is set to be installed in Stockbridge.
Councillors are expected to give the plans the go-ahead this week, which will see a recycling bin for packaging installed on Saunders Street.
The proposals, which would see the container put alongside other recycling bins currently on the street, have been criticised by one local resident who said that it would create more noise.
However, the scheme has already won the backing of planning officials, who recommended it get the go-ahead as there were currently "insufficient" recycling facilities on the street.
