'Cuddles' GP struck off for misconduct
A DOCTOR who told a woman patient that "cuddles were better than medicine" was yesterday struck off.
Dr Paul Hirschowitz, a Scarborough GP, posed a significant risk of repeating such behaviour and causing further harm to vulnerable patients, a General Medical Council Fitness to Practise panel ruled.
