Craig International Supplies (CIS) is forecasting a doubling of turnover to £100 million on the back of contract wins in Europe and North America.
The business, part of the wider Craig Group energy services and shipping empire, will unveil a major deal with Shell today at the world’s largest oil and gas show, in Houston. The Aberdeen company will undertake procurement services for the oil giant in the United States and Canada.
The new business deal, along with other European contracts, should help push turnover to £100m in the next 12 months, trigger the opening of an office in Calgary, Canada and create “several” full-time jobs.
Jill MacDonald, joint managing director of CIS, said: “These are very significant, high-value contracts not only for products but for procurement services, which will open the door to new opportunities.”
