Commons Speaker to discuss devolution
TALKS on reforming Westminster and Holyrood procedures to improve devolution will open today in London.
Scots Secretary Jim Murphy will meet new House of Commons Speaker John Bercow to discuss the recommendations affecting the two parliaments made by the Calman Commission on devolution.
