Clapton watch set to fetch £2.6m

GUITARIST Eric Clapton is to sell one of the most prized watches from his collection for up to £2.6 million.

The platinum-cased Patek Philippe, to be auctioned in Geneva in November, is one of only two of its type and the only one that has ever been available for sale.
