City firm spies gap in market
VIDEO game company Rockstar North has revealed it is working on a new spy game.
The Edinburgh-based company, famous for the ultra-violent Grand Theft Auto games, said its latest title Agent, would be set in the world of espionage at the peak of the Cold War in the 1970s.
Sam Houser, Rockstar founder, said the title was one the publisher had "wanted to make for a long time". "The team in Edinburgh is doing an amazing job combining intense action, atmosphere and story in a period setting," he said.
The game was unveiled recently at the E3 show in Los Angeles.
