Charity ready to expand after cash windfall
AN Edinburgh University student-run charity is planning an expansion after receiving £2,000 from BBC Children in Need.
Children's Holiday Venture (CHV) gives children and young people from the city a break from their home environment with activities such as bowling, swimming and trampolining.
The groups costs 40,000 a year to run.
Children's Holiday Venture is one of 46 projects in Scotland to receive grants this year.
