Tom and Katie reach agreement on divorce

HOLLYWOOD golden couple Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are said to have reached an agreement in their divorce case.

Her lawyer, Jonathan Wolfe, said in a statement yesterday that the case has been settled and an agreement between the couple was signed.

An assistant in his office, who would not give her name, would not elaborate on the agreement, or say if the couple were now
divorced.

Holmes filed for divorce less than two weeks ago, putting an end to the romance that began in 2005. They have a six-year-old daughter, Suri.
