TIGER Woods and his ex-wife Elin Nordegren have been seen together in public for the first time since their tumultuous split in 2010.

The pair were seen at a family sports event at the weekend, along with their two children Samantha and Charlie. The couple stayed at the event for around half an hour, according to reports, before leaving together.

Golfer Woods, the former world number one, split from Nordegren three years, and later admitted to having numerous affairs. The couple’s problems came to light on Thanksgiving weekend, with reports that Nordegren had chased Woods from the family home and attacked his car with a golf club.

Press reports have suggested the duo may re-marry, with unconfirmed suggestions that Woods will offer a £230million pre-nuptial agreement to convince Nordegren of his fidelity

Both Woods and Nordegren have been romantically linked with sportspeople recently. Woods has been rumoured to be dating American Olympic skiier Lindsay Vonn, while Nordegren has been linked with Swedish ice hockey player Douglas Murray.
