Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart rekindle romance

TWILIGHT stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart appear to be giving romance another chance after being spotted together at a Los Angeles bar.

26-year-old Pattinson, who portrays vampire Edward Cullen in the Twilight films, ended the couple’s initial relationship following the release of photos that showed 22-year-old Stewart kissing married film director Rupert Sanders.

‘R-Patz’ is said to have moved ‘K-Stew’s’ belongings out of their Los Angeles home in July following a very public split, but after a public apology and several phone calls, it seems that the British actor, who also had a leading role in the fourth Harry Potter film, has had a change of heart.

Pictures show the couple getting close at the Ye Rustic Inn, located in LA’s trendy Los Feliz area, with Stewart, who plays Twilight protagonist Bella Swan, laying her head on Pattinson’s chest whilst the couple exchange words.

Onlookers described Stewart as appearing to be ‘distracted’ when the Hollywood couple came outside for a cigarette break, but seeming much happier when the pair left in the wee small hours.

This isn’t the first time the couple have been spotted in each other’s company recently - the two were seen on a low-key dinner date last week, and at Chateau Marmont, a favourite with local celebrities, where they entered through a side-door.

Sources close to Pattinson and Stewart have revealed that the pair are keen to keep things as quiet as possible, over fears of a backlash from angry fans, known as Twihards.

However, it seems Pattinson might be at risk from his protective elder sisters, Victoria and Lizzy, who are said to still be furious over Stewart’s infidelity and had vowed to ‘kill him’ if he ever got back together with his Twilight co-star. So no pressure Rob.

Pattinson and Stewart will likely appear at the UK premiere of the next instalment of the Twilight saga, Breaking Dawn Part 2, some time in November.
