PRINCE Harry could be facing an uphill struggle as he attempts to take his relationship with Cressida ‘Cressie’ Bonas to the next level.

Harry, who has recently returned from Afghanistan, started dating the dance student during the summer of 2012, and wrote to her regularly during his four-month deployment in the Gulf.

Cressida, who attended Leeds University, appears unwilling to commit to anything serious, despite the fact that their relationship survived the media furore surrounding pictures of the unclothed Prince, who is third in line to the throne, at a Las Vegas hotel.

A friend of the 23-year-old dancer have claimed that Cressida is ‘innocent’ and added: “[Cressie] is lovely but she’s very innocent. I’m not sure how she’s going to cope with the whole circus surrounding Harry.”

Cressida, whose half-sister once turned down Prince William, is reportedly concerned about the inevitable media and public interest in their relationship, despite being unfazed by the Las Vegas hotel incident.

Prince Harry his said to be frustrated with the stuttering romance, with Cressida’s attitude leaving him bemused and concerned about finding the right woman.

The Prince is due five weeks leave from the army, and it was expected that he would take Cressida with him on holiday, possibly to Botswana, but he was pictured in the company of former royal equerry and mentor Mark Dyer, who introduced Cressida to Harry and his friends.

He also played a part in keeping her on-side during Harry’s stint in Afghanistan.
