Castle bumps up pumpkin sales
HALLOWE'EN dishes such as Pumpkin Cauldron and Jack O'Lantern's Pancakes have been so popular that chefs at Edinburgh Castle have been getting through seven pumpkins a day.
Head chef Kenny Leamy said: "If we had made them all into lanterns, we'd have enough to light the whole of the Royal Mile!"
