Care home gets singled out for praise
A CARE home service has been praised by the Care Commission for being a home from home for its residents.
Following an inspection in January the Tiphereth at Kitezh facility in Colinton was given almost top marks.
Inspector Peter Brown evaluated every element at the home as either "very good" or "excellent", and reserved special praise for the way the home pleased its residents.
The facility caters for adults with learning and associated physical disabilities.
He said: "It was apparent that in spite of a potentially unsettling period when there have been changes in the management of the home people appeared to be enjoying life."
