Bring back Abba say fans
SWEDISH superstars Abba are the band British music fans would most like to see get back together, according to a poll.
Their reunion would be the most popular of any group which still has most of its original members.
Abba's four members split up in 1982 having burst on to the scene by winning the 1974 Eurovision Song Contest.
PRS for Music which collects royalties for songwriters, polled 1,500 fans on which bands they would like to see reform having split up.
Top ten bands fans want to see reformed (where majority of members are still alive) are: 1, Abba; 2, The Police; 3, Pink Floyd; 4, The Smiths; 5, Oasis; 6. The Jam; 7.Dire Straits; 8, The Clash; 9, Spice Girls; 10, Sex Pistols
