If the gym's not your thing, then keep fit with a rollerblading session along the coast. Enjoy 3km of car- free, off-road surfaces that will give you the space and distance to get into your stride. Bring some comfortable clothes and everything else will be provided. Beginners of all ages are welcome as the group is kept small and expert tuition is provided.

5 DINNER AT TIGERLILY
