BA: weather will hit passenger numbers
The number of passengers travelling on British Airways planes last month rose almost 6 per cent against November 2009.
BA carried just under 2.48 million people in November this year, but it warned that passenger numbers this month were likely to be affected by the bad weather, which has already led to a number of flight cancellations.
The biggest increase in passenger numbers last month was on BA's Asia Pacific routes, with traffic rising 11.7 per cent.
Meanwhile, low-fare airline Ryanair said it carried 5.06 million passengers last month, 2 per cent up on its November 2009 figure.
