Autism work project hailed
A SCHEME has been launched to help autistic people get into work.
The Specialisterne Scotland project could see dozens of patients across the country take on a variety of positions.
It is based on a Danish model which has been successful in helping those with autism integrate better into society.
Carol Evans, of the National Autistic Society in Scotland, said: "This is a real breakthrough in employers recognising the strengths of people with autism."
