Video: Robert Burns fans gather for flashmob in Edinburgh
A CROWD of Robert Burns enthusiasts, poetry fans and curious passers-by gathered in front of St Giles cathedral by the Royal Mile in Edinburgh today to mark the Bard's birthday with a rendition of 'A Man's a Man for a' That'.
The idea behind the impromptu celebration belonged to the Scottish Poetry Library, in conjunction with the Let's Get Lyrical campaign.
In the video above, we hear the rendition of the song, followed by an interview with Peggy Hughes of the Scottish Poetry Library.
