April Jones search moves on

Police looking for five-year-old April Jones have almost completed their search in the Welsh town where she went missing 12 days ago.

Superintendent Ian John, who is leading the search for Dyfed Powys Police, said yesterday: “We’ve nearly completed our searches here and we’re now focusing [on] the Ceinws area, and for the rest of the weekend if we shouldn’t find April today, in and around the surrounding towns and villages.”

Mark Bridger, 46, who appeared in court on Wednesday is accused of abducting and murdering April, and of unlawfully disposing of her body.
