Another child ill from farm

ANOTHER child has contracted the E Coli bug after an outbreak on a petting farm, the Health Protection Agency said yesterday.

Thirteen children are being treated by doctors – with four remaining "seriously ill" –

following the outbreak at Godstone Farm, Surrey, amid fears tens of thousands of children could have been exposed to the bug since it was first identified in August.

According to the Health Protection Agency, the outbreak could be the largest of its kind in the UK spread by animals.
