Curry crown is hot stuff

A CITY restaurant that is thought to serve one of the world's hottest curries is giving residents the chance to be crowned "Kurry King or Queen".

Indian and Bangladeshi restaurant Kismot in St Leonard's Street will host the curry-eating competition, which has been labelled "a test of endurance against Scotland's hottest curry, The Kismot Killer", on July 30.

The fun event will take place in the restaurant from noon, with all funds raised on the day being donated to CHAS.

The winner will be presented with a crown and a trophy.
